Career counselling at Serene isn’t a one-size-fits-all questionnaire. It’s a conversation — one that draws on more than three decades of combined experience across leadership, sales, recruitment and coaching, to help you see your own strengths clearly.

Over 30 years of leadership, sales and executive experience, with senior roles at organisations including New York Life and GE Financial. As a speaker, trainer and executive coach, Doug works with leaders and teams across the United States and South Asia.
His coaching centres on helping people clarify their goals, work through obstacles, and reach success that lasts — brought to life through real-world experience, humour and practical insight.

Dr. Elizabeth Surekha
Co-Founder
Over 30 years of experience in recruitment, career counselling and coaching. She holds an ICF Associate Coach (ACC) certification, is ICF-trained in team coaching, and is a Certified Career Counsellor.
A believer in continuous learning, Elizabeth completed her PhD in 2017 and has held leadership positions and board roles across the organisations she has served.
