Both Douglas Hamm and Elizabeth Surekha bring over 30 years of experience each in their own careers, along with multicultural perspectives shaped over decades of work. They believe learning never stops, and they constantly update their knowledge to stay current in their fields.

They offer personalised, tailor-made solutions rather than one-size-fits-all advice. As a people-oriented team, relationships matter to them — they're committed to their clients, and trust and confidentiality are maintained wherever needed.

Doug brings over 30 years of proven leadership, sales, and executive experience, combined with a passion for developing people and organizations to reach their full potential. He built his career at organizations including New York Life and GE Financial, holding senior leadership roles before turning to speaking, training, and executive coaching.

As a speaker and coach, Doug works with leaders, teams, and organizations across the United States and South Asia, delivering practical, results-driven training on leadership development, sales performance, team building, and personal growth — blending real-world experience, humour, and actionable insight.

Dr. Elizabeth Surekha

Dr. Elizabeth Surekha

Career Counsellor & ICF Coach

Elizabeth has over 30 years of experience in recruitment, career counselling, and coaching. She holds a Bachelor's in Commerce from Madras Christian College and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Madras, completing her PhD in 2017 in keeping with her belief in continuous learning.

She is an ICF-certified Associate Coach (ACC), an ICF-trained Team Coach, and a Certified Career Counsellor. Elizabeth has held leadership positions and served on the boards of several organizations, and remains passionate about working with people.
