Dr. Elizabeth Surekha brings over 30 years of experience across recruitment, career counselling and coaching. She holds an MBA and a PhD, and is a Certified Career Counsellor, an ICF Associate Coach (ACC), and an ICF Team Coach.

Her career spans senior leadership roles and board membership, giving her a rare, well-rounded perspective on what it takes to build a meaningful, future-ready career.

She works closely with students, graduates and professionals — helping each person discover their strengths and turn them into a career they can genuinely thrive in.
