Meet Doug Hamm

Doug Hamm holds an MBA in Finance and a PhD in Leadership from Oklahoma State University. Over more than 30 years, he has built a career spanning finance and executive leadership, including senior roles at New York Life and GE Financial.

Today Doug works as a speaker, trainer and executive coach, bringing his leadership development work to organisations across the United States and South Asia. His coaching draws directly on decades of real-world leadership experience — not theory.

Doug’s coaching philosophy centres on helping individuals clarify their goals, overcome obstacles, and achieve meaningful, lasting success — one relationship at a time.
